Donation of Tesla-related books

Posted April 30, 2014

A Vermont playwright, Karen Klami, recently donated her large collection of Nikola Tesla-related books, pamphlets, monographs, and articles to Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe to be added to its small library. The books were used by Klami while she was writing a play about Tesla.

Among the collection was a book from the 1930s about J. P. Morgan, early biographies of Tesla, some about Thomas Edison and scientists of Tesla’s time, and proceedings of Tesla conferences. There is also a sampling of articles written about and by Tesla. Some are technical in nature, while others are written for a general audience. Serbo-Croatian language books are included in the collection.

Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe is grateful for this donation, and hopes that other individuals will donate additional materials relating to the life and work of Nikola Tesla in the future.

Thank you, Karen!
