A study by the Shoreham Civic Organization laying out  a civic perspective about local development opportunities. The study recommends preservation of the building of  Tesla’s historic Wardenclyffe laboratory and development of the former Agfa (formerly Peerless Photo) property into an accessible space that serves the community.
